That wanderer of inside me also roams with same thought, no matter if it is a crowded street, or clam woods or a snow capped mountains, or a sea shore. That wanderer belongs to no perfect time, no perfect conditions. That wanderer roams only in lust of finding a new horizon.
So If you are a travel lover too, beyond the boundaries of perfect and favorable conditions too, so just keep your bag ready few basic travel essentials all the time.
Right now I am in Chennai. Traveling the southern part of India almost in an unfavorable climate condition, where the sun is sending you flying kisses with a hot blow of 31°C and 84% humidity. So being a girl and a traveler I’ll never suggest you to neglect your skin and beauty.
Although It is a work related trip on a very short and random notice, so in any case without such skin and beauty care essentials going out is not advisable. Here is the list of those must haves:

A forget me not item. Even if you are not in direct exposure of sun rays, to beat the summer heat you’ll always need this. From a wide range of sun block creams, my pick is Neutrogena UltraSheer Dry Touch Sunblock SPF 50+. Because of its light and dry soothing texture it is perfect for any hot and humid day out.
A lip balm with SPF:
Don’t ever ignore your lips, these are also part of your skin care. Even your lips need some extra attention because of their tender skin. From huge product list of lip care, my choice is Nivea Med Protect Lip balm with SPF 15. Enriched with vitamin E, and very effective for lip repair.
If you want to go with a little pink and tangerine tints Maybelline Baby Lips Balm is the name. This product also comes with SPF 20 and its fruity flavor and smooth application will definitely impress you.
A Pack of Cleansing Wipes:
This is my most needed product for me especially in summers. For an instant refreshing feel these wipes are amazing. For a long time period I used Kara Wipes in its different variants, cucumber, aloe vera, mint oils and many more. Without any sticky and greasy effect these wipes will leave your skin with soothing smell and a fresh feel.
As wipes are essential for my every day’s runway, I gave a try to, Body Shop’s Tea Tree Cleansing Wipes. A nice product for make-up remover as well. If you are fond of tea tree oil or mint effect product, this might be your choice.
A nice Fragrance:
A perfume is a bottle packed happiness. Spray a few drops and spread happy and fresh vibe where you go. I read it somewhere “You are never fully dressed without perfume!”. Found this line quite true. So a fragrance is also an essential of my bag. Body spray, mist, perfumes, deodorant, essential oils, many variants of fragrance are available these days. From mild to strong, diluted to concentrated, water and alcohol base anything you can pick as per your taste and mood.
This summer I am in love with a pretty pink bottle and that is Pink Chiffon, from Bath & Body works. This fine fragrance mist is just perfect for lavish splash or lightly spritz.
Let the eyes speak:
Something without I never prefer to leave home is, my favorite make up essential, an eyeliner or kajal. Just a single stroke and let your eyes talk. For an expressive, impressive and perfect finish I relay on Maybelline Colossal Kajal and Colorbar Just Black. For a rich, dark, creamy and long lasting effect go for these.
A Perfect Pair of Sunglasses:
Any dress, any hair style, any make-up, any plain look can turn into a chic and edgy just with a perfect pair of sunglasses. It’s not just an accessories it is a must have thing when you are out in sun exposure, to protect the sensitive area around the eyes. Be experimental this summer, go with different frames and shapes. Single Scarf in Multi way:
I am big fond of accessories, and nothing can be as good when you can use a single piece in multiple ways. Scarf is not just to protect you from the heat, dust and pollution. You can change the look and purpose by using it in creative way. Use it as a head band, or just wrap around the neck or waist with a short tunic. Or just plait your hair and let it end with a scarf or make a high bun with a scarf bow. With everything it works like wow.
These are my few beauty and fashion essential, and it’s already said “A girl’s bag is like her best friend.” So the list doesn’t end here. Few safety pins, rubber bands, hand sanitizer etc. like never to miss components of your handbag.
Travel and Music is like food for my soul so how can I miss a Note book with pen and my headphones. Relating the song and lyrics with your story and situation and jotting down the things you never want to forget, this is how I live the travel and build a memory lane.
